I have seen this on some sites, where site affiliate's have a small .gif scrolling past. I have searched here for that hack or addon to no luck. Anyone know what I'm talking about, and if so, how that is done?

Sounds like flash to me. Check the flash sites for a scrolling text movie, probably driven by an xml file. Stick with those buzzwords and google, and you'll find yourself a freebie. Might take a while... which is why I'm suggesting and not doing! Good luck.

smackLAN: Have you looked into the "marquee" tag yet? It's support by both IE and FF.

Actually, yes KW, and am working up the coding for a addon now. Once complete and tested I'll post here...thanks for the idea!

It is scrolling from the bottom to the top. Works in both IE and Firefox. Not sure why it isnt for you.
