Ok, first and foremost, I'm pretty well totally clueless with this stuff. I've got a relatively small forum that I'd like to add a banner ad rotator too. Nothing fancy. Doesn't have to count anything or whatever. I'm not collecting money for banner's, just want to put up a few free ones. Any idea on where to get one, and how to incorporate it into my header? Any pertinent information I'm leaving out? Thanks in advance!

And *last I checked* was very bulky and somewhat server intensive.
If you haven't already, you may want to check vb.org or hotscripts.

Yes and no.
You do install it and it does require a db. But once the code is generated it is nothing more than a java script, basically.
