Can I get an honest critique?

In general the colors are good. I personally don't care for all the scrolling on the page as it makes things a bit non professional IMHO.

I'd suggest you move the Google ad to the left side and have the Latest Topics be a static module. The Sponsors module isn't that long and could also be static. Since you have enough in the center section things would balance out nicely as far as overall length goes.

I'm not a big fan of sites that span full width (personal preference) - but I love the customizations you've done with the cmps. I want to learn how to make all those cool blocks, like the timeclock thingey, "random image", Navigation etc... - great job!

Awesome Site! How did you get the opening statement in there? The one that spans across the top of your home page. Do you have a lit of the mods that you used?

Thanks,

Lem

mholtum, if you haven't altered the fading.js script, there's a problem. in firefox it doesn't scroll, but just bounces. I know because I used it too. I removed the scrolling part on my site.

Yea it scrolls, but when it hits the end it bounces back.. I am looking into how to fix that.

Honestly, I think the whole scrolling thing is annoying. It breaks especially bad if the user has JS disabled. I think it looks better, and takes up more real estate on the screen, when it doesn't scroll. It makes a site look "fuller" in my opinion.

I answered your post the first time you asked here (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showpost.php?p=46744&postcount=19).

As for a list of mods I have installed, you have to be kidding.. I have too many to list.

I dint like the way it looked without it scrolling. I will work on it so it works on FF. I did like the idea of it taking up more space so I made the module bigger. Thanks for pointing that out. It does look better larger.
