Left block Poll does not allow vote

After creating a poll, I tried to vote on the left block and received this message:

You can vote while inside the thread, but you cannot vote form the block (left side) itself.

Thanks Brian, I am uninstalling and will be reinstalling today ...maybe that will fix my problem. Also, What are the names of the 2 tables that vbadvanced creates? I would like to remove those also. The are still present I believe, even after I used the unistall program you provided.

adv_setting and adv_settinggroup are the only ones that will remain, but there's no way they will affect anything.

Sorry to bump this. But I'm having the same problem as gatorsfootball.

I can submit a vote from within the actual thread, but as soon as I try to vote using the "Vote Module", I get the same message as him.
