Login Boxes on "Portal" page not functioning

If I try to log in via ANY "box" on the portal home page (using either the left or the one on top), I get the following message :

POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed.

Ok I am going to try to reinstall the mod from scratch -- you might remember I had issues because I used DW to edit my files -- I'll use NP for them all this time.

If I encounter the same problem I will post here.
