Myusers are able to posts links whenever without moderation. How & Where do I set this so I must validate the link first?

ACP --> vBa Links Directory --> Modify Permissions --> {select the group} --> Moderate This Group's Links

ACP --> vBa Links Directory --> Modify Permissions --> {select the group} --> Moderate This Group's Posts
