When i try to update the Navbar Replacements and the Footer Replacements and press save it dosnt update my CMPS page.

How can i fix this?

What are you entering for them?

Right now all the links are /file.php
I'm trying to change them to /forums/file.php

Well if you look at the description for those settings...
Here you may enter a list of filenames that should be prefixed with your Forum's URL.
Any file name you enter there is going to be prefixed with your forum's URL, so entering /file.php or /forums/file.php is not going to work.
