After having searched for a while, I finally found some fantasy football software that allows you to run it on your own server, using your own set ups.
I know that it can be set into a portal page - most people use "renegade", which I am not familiar with (and it looks like I'd have to figure out 4 different programs to get it to run...so I really don't want to have to go that route, but will if necessary...) or PostNuke...
I posted on the FFLM software's forums, asking if anybody had successfully integrated it to VBA & VB, but so far, in all the samples I've seen, I don't think I've seen any users that have used either.
This is the software package I got: http://www.fflm.com/ It's free through week 4 of the NFL season, and pretty easy to set up...I just don't like what the end product looks like, with the basic settings -- and would prefer to have atleast the scoreboard module on VBA page...
Here's a test league that I've thrown together tonight, so you can see what the basic set up looks like, without any extra updates: http://www.thenflforums.com/Commish/mflindex.htm
If anybody has any ideas, they'd be greatly appreciated :)
