Two columns of links listed on the browselinks page...

I would like to have two columns of links listed on the browselinks page. Can any one point in the right way to do this?

Example:
| Link 1 | Link 2 |
| Link 3 | Link 4 |
| Link 5 | Link 6 |
| Link 7 | Link 8 |

Thanks in advance for any guidance on how to accomplish this.
