Icon Image on CPMS

I don't really know what its called so is not successful in searching, but should be a really simple issue :)

How can I make the icon appear as shown in the attached image?

admincp -> vba cmps -> default settings -> news options -> Show News Icon? -> Yes

The icon will only appear if you have selected an icon when you posted the thread.
