What is the links thing for

Basically what I want to do is have a database of links based on a subject that users can submit and are then moderated. Is this what the links directory does?

I've seen references to an online demo but I can't find it.

I bought the script. It is EXACTLY what I needed. With this and CMPS I have a pretty badass site started up. Can't wait until I am done to show it off.
