Undefined Function

Not sure where I messed things up but if I click the username in the Last Post column I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fetch_child_forums() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\forums\member.php on line 139

I looked at /includes/functions_misc.php and that function seems to be still stock.

Being the idiot that I am I don't know what else to look at.

Any help is appreciated.

That wouldn't have anything to do with the CMPS, so the best I can suggest is to upload an un-hacked version of your member.php and /includes/functions_misc.php files.
