My friend was telling me the vBadvanced is free, but when he said he tried to download it, it asked for a cost. But yet on the "price" part of it, it's free.

The CMPS is free.

Yeah but when I select download, it asks for a price I want to choose, perhaps if you could send me the link?

It never says anything about a price. It does ask for a quantity though, which is used if you're purchasing our install service or branding free license. Just follow the links, don't select either of those options if you are not interested in them, and you will be able to download the product.
