spacing between modules

How do I increase or decrease the top/bottom spacing (not side to side) between modules on my VbAdvanced CMPS homepage ?

Go into the templates, there is a break in there <br>

You can add or remove breaks to increase decrease spacing.

If you remove the linebreak there wont be any spacing between modules, is there a way to make those spaces a set number of pixels - so the vertical spacing between modules is the same as the horizontal spacing?
