Hello,

Running vv 3.07 and CMPS 1.01.

When a user attempts to login from the portal via navbar or welcome block, they are forwarded to the forums, but aren't logged in. Effectively, they have to log in twice.

I have set the cookie domain in AdminCP. I have cleared cookies. This will happens.

If one is on the CMPS, and just clicks login, instead of an error page coming up, it forwards to the forums. I'm guessing that the information for login isn't getting passed properly.

Ideas? (yes I've read the FAQ and searched :) )

I'm not entirely sure what the problem would be. If you'd like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look.

I have the same problem with 3.07 Login doesnot shoe under vbadvanced but does under forus.

Problem solved with cookie settings. Now my only issue is the left column in the Forums is really messed up.

How did you solve your problem with the login issue? For me, when I try to login on the portal page, it shows me as not logged in even though I have logged in (which is shown correctly on the forum page.

Sounds like your cookies are messed up, try clearing your cookies on your machine, then trying again, if that doesn't work attempt to fix your cookies in the AdminCP

Also be sure that your Cookies Path option is set to '/'.
