As my site design progresses I was trying to think of ways to publish
news using vBa and I came accross this idea.
Using a typical news script its common to publish news along a category
with a selection on submission, usually a drop down selector.
Well why not the same feature with vBa?
I will be using vBa to generate multiple announcements etc. using the news
module in various locations. As it stands I would reach each news section
through a forum link ex:
Product support headline:
Personel announcements:
Administrative event dates:
To help avoid as much point & click as possible I have designed a page with
all my news/headlines forums on it (links) but... what would totally roak is if
there was a way to design 1 forum postbit window and assign a drop down
that would submit that post to the specified forum in that drop down selector.
Is this possible?
Does vBull. use stadard forms w/forum ID's to submit data?
if so there may be a simple way of coding this without much work beyond
html.
