Move Breadcrumb/Login/PM Info?

I'd like to move the breadcrumb/login info to the center column of my CMPS index and have it display in the same location on my forum pages. And example of what I'm looking for is at The WizardingRealm (http://wizardingrealm.com/) .

Can someone tell me how to do this?

I've already moved the navbar to the top.
