after following the instruction from this link
http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/sho...amic+Forum+Home
to put a forum link in the navbar,

i'm facing another problem.
At the portal, every links is running fine with
"mysite/forums/xxx"

except for the navbar (User CP, FAQ, Member List ...) which is
"mysite/xxx" without the forums

once i'm in the forum everything is back to normal including the navbar.

need advice. thank you

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Default Settings => Navbar Replacements

Make sure all of those filenames are listed in that option. Even if they are save your settings to be sure the cache is updated.

Hmmm... I'm not quite sure why you would be having a problem then. If you'd like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look.

Hi Brian.

I am having this problem. Where you able to figure out what the cause was.

I have read several threads on this subject, but i am still missing my /forums/ element of the navbar links. The navbar replacement settings are all correct, etc.

Any help?

Thanks.

gord

Have you modified your Navbar Replacements option at all? As long as you have the original list of filenames there and have not changed anything then you shouldn't be having any problems.

I updated them to the full URL, e.g. http://www.scotlandbusinessnetwork.co.uk/forums/memberlist.php etc.
