When vB 3.5 is final do the vba developers plan to make CMPS compliant with the new hooks system (requiring 0 file edits)? I'm sorry if this has already been answered. I read through the thread and saw somebody said this has been answered, but I couldn't actually find the answer.

As of right now it's not possible to use the hooks for the global.php file modifications and I doubt it will be.

Ok. Thanks for the info. So it now requires 1 file edit and will probably continue to require 1 file edit in the future as well?

before my server host blew up my MySQL, I tried this on my test forum, worked great, though I had a couple errors, one was pointing the forum home page (was in the same directory as the forum, but that will be changed) to point to the actual forum page, and not the index (in the breadcrumb listing) and new posts at the cpms home page actually displayed the total amount of posts, not the new ones.

Still, great improvements, very nice. :)

Currently there are 3 places in your global.php file where you have to add some code, and it will probably be that way for a while. :)
