Question On Modules

Since I still dont fully understand all the new features, (i.e php file, template, bb code, etc)

I was wondering what the best way was to have a custom module/page. As shown in the screenshot. Just a table with custom links.

How do I approach that? It doesnt seem like I would make a template page, because then it wants a page title, / identifier. That isnt necessary I wouldnt think. So Im guessing HTML file?

Im not sure. Any info would be appreciated. :p

You'd most likely want a template for that, for easier maintenance.

If it's just going to be simple links like that I might suggest a bb code module. Even easier to maintain than a template. :)
