Quick noob Questions

Hey, I just have a few quick questions.

1. How do I add/remove links from the main nav bar at the top of the page?

2. How do I make it so when its on my portal page theres a link to the forums on the navbar and when its on the forums page theres a link to the portal page on the navbar.

3. How come when I am on my forums page my ushop works but there is nothing in my ushop when I am on my portal page?
