I get this fatal error when I try to open the installer.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: globalize() in /home/mytho4/domains/into-the-matrix.com/public_html/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 1488

BTW, I'm running vbulletin 3.5

I hope u tried this in a testing site cause vB 3.5 does not support hacks and it does say that all hacks will not work. :(

No vBadvanced hacks have been updated for vB 3.5. You need to be running 3.0.7.

Actually that is a test site for now, but that is not a hack at all, its when trying to get the new vba 2.0 RC 1 installed.

Thanks

Sheesh, is Brian currently working on getting it to work with 3.5?

Most likely and will have to release it again as vB 3.5 beta is not the finished product. I take it u do not care for any problems u might get with beta. I hope u report all bugs u get at the forum. :D

Actually, only ran into one bug that I fixed myself and they have been made aware of it by someone else last night.

But I am not upgrading my boards on my live site until vbadvanced has been re-released to work with vb 3.5

I also have this problem. Is this only because of the version we run? (3.5)
Or is there something we must have done wrong?

No VBA products will function with 3.5 at this time.

Thank you, I was wondering why somebody posted that it worked for his 3.5 install on the vb.org forums.
Oh well, I guess I will be patient and wait for a fix or a compatible version.

It shouldnt be too much longer from what I have seen here. I am anxiously awaiting. It is the only thing holding back my upgrade.
