I do hope you guys are planning or looking into "hooking" vBadvanced and gallery and links and all the wonderful stuff here to work with vb3.5.

I have a feeling that 3.5 is going to be a move that most will make very quickly.

I have already decided to give up certain Hacks and mods (ie V3Arcade) to move to vb3.5 once it goes Gold.

Though I haven't dug *too* deep into the coding for 3.5 yet, it does look like the hook system is going to make for some nice new features with the gallery and links directory. :)
Though I will tell you that the first version of each script released will not use any of these as our main goal is first going to be to get everything working with 3.5, then we will start seeing what new toys we can add for everyone.

I would settle for a version of vBAdvance CMPS That works with vB 3.5 first...the goodies will come when they come.

We've already upgraded our production site to 3.5.

Being it that we are software guys we dont mind bleeding edge :)

I cannot wait for vBadvanced for 3.5 ;) By the way Brian are you guys taking outright donations?

Donations or even an outright purchase of a license is fine by me.

They deserve it with the quality work they've put out.

yes they accept donantions via Paypal. I cant remember the paypal account email though.

As of today vBa CMPS will be 50 USD per license, per site, and the branding fee is now 160 dollars ;p

Hi,
I see that i'm not the only one harassing you about vb3.5 However i will be starting to work on a new version of my site this summer and would love to built it on VB 3.5
I wont be able to do that unless Vba CMPS is compatible.

Is there any time table for the release of CMPS ?

I am in the same boat in that I refuse to upgrade my live site until CMPS works with 3.5. I have to have a portal solution and i'm not waiting around for years for Jelsoft to release one.

Brian, please use the plugin system as much as possible. I am one of those people who really doesn't want to have to make file edits because they yank support the minute you do.
