An option to AdminCP to update image paths

Leaving this file here could be a security risk!

Can we please have an option to update image paths via AdminCP instead of having to run the install script again? It's a pain to have to ftp in to rename and/or upload the install script just to update a couple of images.

If you're adding images, why not just use the full URL when you add them instead?

I'm talking about after I upload individual smilies and/or icons or when I do a bulk add of smilies and/or icons.
