I have my news archive enabled but it doesn't show up on my portal, everthing else seems to be working just fine. Anyone got any ideas please ?

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => Default / Homepage

Make sure that the module is active there and that you have the number of archived posts to show set to something other than 0.

That's how I have it set but still no good, I've added some images of my settings if that'll help at all ?

I'm not seeing your options for the news archive in those images... Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Modules => News Archive => Number of Archived News Posts to Display

Do you have that set to something other than 0?

1 more than the number you have set for your 'Maximum Number of Threads to Display' option.
