Put content in custom blocks

in VBA I had 2 custom blocks in which I placed banners ads and google ads........ How do I do that here?

I see a block in the admin cp for custom content -- but no way to add anything to it, and it doesnt show up......... ???

Hi,

Firsly, create a template called "adv_portal_XXnameXX" naming it as you wish, but must have adv_portal_ as its prefix. Place your content in this template. Then, add a module. Thats it!
In the module, give your newly created template as the template file. Just follow the tips in the module. Hope this helps!

What if I want to add an "include (file.txt)" so its easier to change?
I tried that but I think it dose not excute php stuff, am I right?
