Request - Pay For Submission

Is it possible to have a addon where the user can pay for express submission into the directory, e.g. when you hit submit a link, there all the fields then it takes you through to a payment page etc etc etc...

Then in the admin bit, it should tell you if its paid on un-paid, so you can sent payment reminders... etc

Could you use permissions and an <if> statement to accomplish this...?

Set up a new usergroup with appropriate permissions.
Don't allow members to access the 'express submission' to the directory unless they have a paid subscription in effect by using a conditional that checks for this usergroup. If they are not in the usergroup you set up for this, then make sure the <else/> goes to sunscription manager...?
