View Full Version : Module Alignment

Sometimes, on some "add on" modules, they do not line up correctly. Meaning if you put them in the center column, they will push the column on the right to the bottom. If you put them in the left, they will push the center and right columns down. Put them on the right, and they will push everything under them down below and out of the column. Sort of like you put a paragraph or line break in the page.
Any ideas what to do to fix this? All help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not leaving it like that because it is totally messed up. We are a rather busy website. So I turn off the one module that causes it. Everything is fine when I do. Turn it on, and everything is messed up. Instead of leaving it that way, I turned it on, and took a couple screen capts. You can see what it looks like normally at http://pontiaczone.com
Here's the screen captures of what it does when I add the timeslips mod.

Looks like there's a problem with the HTML coding in the module. Most likely and extra ending </table> tag, and probably an extra </td> and </tr> as well.

You guys are correct. The template had </tr> </table> <br /> at the end. I just removed it all and it works perfectly.
I truly appreciate the help guys. Thank You very much.
This also helps me in designing new modules and templates, so it's a big help.
BTW, here's a link to the full code of the hack if you guys want to know. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showpost.php?p=549962&postcount=334
