LOG-IN Problem

Hi folks, I just installed the portal system on a fresh copy of vBulletin 3.0.7 and I get this error every time I try to log in from the portal:

POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed.

I have been in and set the cookie domain to .hyper-stream.org but still no change.

I have no idea what to try next please can you guys help.

The address for the site is www.hyper-stream.org and there is a guest account made with guest for username and password.
