Signature images not showing

Hi, not sure if this should be a bug or troubleshooting...

I just installed this on a test forum and have applied the other patches in the Bugs section however, one thing throwing me off is in the news posts, the signature is not showing up even though I have it selected in the settings. My admin account that posted it will see the signature and image but regular member accounts dont see either.

An update... I had some people test this for me and 2 regular member accounts can not see the signature, 1 regular member can, and both the admin and mod can see them. One of the regular member accounts is my own test account so I know its not browser settings.

Any idea what might be causing this? If all the regular member accounts were not seeing it, I would pour even closer through the settings for the group. I also checked the accounts of those who said they cant see them, to make sure they had Show Signatures" enabled.

Seeing this on a vB 3.0.1 forum upgraded from vb 2.3.2 if that helps.
