Install error message

I'm getting this right off the bat with the install routine (installing to a fresh v3.0.7 vb install btw):

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ')', expecting ',' or ';' in /home/vbskinwo/public_html/forum/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 2047

Did you modify the file at all? You may want to try reuploading the file as well to make sure that it wasn't cut off in the middle of the transfer.

I didn't edit the file, but there was a ) in that line of the file. When I removed it, the routine installed fine.
