But, it may not be available to you in your country. They only allow accounts from limited locations.

You would have to ask paypal. I am sure it is for legal reasons.

Hey,

I talked to paypal and they said that service is not yet povided to my country due to lagel issues as ConqSoft mate said earler.I ask VbAdvanced.com if there is any exceptions since my country is not paypal list yet?

Why someone would want to restrict his business/profits in just using Paypal is beyond me....

I would like your program too but as long as my *** points to the ground i WONT use Paypal...

So therefore i'll have to use another program...

Again, you don't have to create a PayPal account to purchase. PayPal is just used as the Credit Card processor, just like any other (Authorize.net, etc). You will have the OPTION of creating a PayPal account, but if you pay by credit card, an account is no required.
