you can change all that from you vbulletin's Style Manager, you have to edit the css of that skin. Look for Table Header and Category Header.

Still got two part i can;t find the coding. Can anyone roughly tell me which section to modify? Thank you

Try & fail method would be good for learning
Admincp=>Styles & Templates=>Style Manager=>Main CSS
& play with colour but one @ a time till u get it right and make sure u write down the colour if u get the wrong one. :)

Thanks.. it works now.. at first i went to the coding and change the coding. it doesnt work..
