I'm sure the answer is probably obvious, but I'm gonna take the easy way out anyway.
How do I unistall vBadvanced?

Undo the file edits, upload the vbacmps_install.php file to your admincp directory, browse to it, and select the uninstall funtion.

Im actually trying to install and when i do what you told him to do i get this error

Sounds like you didn't upload all of the files.

Hello,
how can i uninstall without this file or where can i download the installable 1.1 version again? I've installed 12 month ago and i do not have the old files :(
I need to uninstall, to upgrade to 2.2.

No you dont. Uplaod the new files over the old files, run the install script, choose upgrade
