using html in new page

I click on add page, for page type I choose BB Code, fill in main options, move down to BB Code page options, choose to allow both bb code and html, finish the rest of the page configuration. When I view the page, the html code is being displayed with the code, not converting it to actual HTML.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry to report after installing both those fix's it's still not working.

I might add, I am trying to create a page with an announcement I have on my forums. The announcement translates both the bb and html code. When I copy and paste the announcement text into a new cmps page, it does not convert the html code, only the bb code.
