Another News page?

This is fairly more complicated than another latest threads sidebar...I tried looking at it but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Are you just trying to add a seperate page that pulls threads from a different forum? If so, just add a new page and set a different forumid(s) in the options for that page. ;)
