Does not show date/time in "News" if other language is selected

Works OK with the standard language "English", but when selecting another Language in vBulletin the news thread in vbAdvanced just shows:

"M d, Y - g:i A" instead of date & time.

How can I fix this?

I can't find the "$dateposted = vbdate($vba_options['portal_news_dateformat'], $news['postdateline']);" line?
