vBadvanced.com is not associated with Jelsoft so vBadvanced can't give support for vBulletin and Jelsoft won't give support for vBadvanced products.

With that said.... yes, you are more than welcome to download CMPS and support will be provided via the vBadvanced support forums and Support Ticket system.
