Adding A simple Webpage?

This probably is a stupid question and after fumbling around with my VBadvanced, I have to ask.

What is the procedure to add my .html webpages into my VBadvanced homepage to where just my header and one or two modules show?

Create custom pages based on templates and use the HTML as the template.

Or depending on how advanced the page needs to be, you might be able to get away with using a BBCode page.
