Everything installed fine, when I go to the admin control panel I do not see the option for the vBadvanced CMPS?
Did I forget something?

If you want the CMPS options in your vB Admin CP then there are instructions in the readme file to add the options. Otherwise you can just click on the Admin CP link in the footer of your CMPS page to get to the CMPS's CP.

There's an optional part, where it tells you to modify your index.php in the admincp folder. You need to do that step if you want it to show up in the AdminCP.

ok I got it thanks, can someone tell me why when I move the recent topics blocks to the right of the page it does not get smaller in width? Is there an edit function for this. I want only news in center and the rest to the left or right.
here is the link, the whole top nav buttons are not going to their respected link

The latest topics moudle does change to fit the screen (just as it is on here) if you move it to the left or right column.
As for the links, Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Default Settings => Navbar Replacements
Make sure you have all of the filenames listed there and you have not modified that option.
