CMPS width

We would greatly like a feature that would allow us to have a separate width control from the forum width control. We need our forums to be wide because of images, but wish to keep the rest of our pages at a much smaller width. If this could be added in the future that would be great!

although I can change the width of the left and right modules.. how do I specify the width of the CMPS page or the centre modules? My portal is a great deal wider then My forum.
