Upgrading from vbadavnced to RC2... Is it going to give me a heart attack or will I be ok. I am a n00b.. How tough is it really? Or should I just pay the $15?

I followed the install instructions diligently, and it worked first time for me. At the end of the day, vBadvanced will still work fine if you have a problem with CMPS.

Well if you installed the homepage then I wouldn't think you would have any problems installing the CMPS. About the only difference in the install of the two programs is three new modifications to your global.php file, all of which are very simple.
Of course if you'd rather pay for the installation service I will be more than happy to take care of it for you. :)
