Verticle spacing not working???

In CMPS_RC2, I have the spacing set at the default 15 and the side spacing is fine but the verticle is jammed together like it is set at 0. Any ideas??

It was verticle.....however I found the problem.....one of them things that makes you go "well doh!!" LOL I had the url wrong in the vb settings....I looked at it and looked at it...then it hit me hey that is wrong LOL ;)
