everybody can share it ?vBadvanced CMPS is free but you may not redistribute it. People should only download vBadvanced from an authorized site (currently here and vBulletin.org).

There is no "install" link. Use the "Download" link to download the files and then follow the instructions in the readme.html file that comes with the download package.
