a tiny bug with RC2

this is just a tiny bug but the messege in the buttom of the html pages still show my CMPS RC2 as a RC1 (probably because of the imported languge from rc1)

Strange... The version number should have been updated when you ran the upgrade script. Would you mind checking your 'powered_by_vbadvanced_cmps' phrase and see if it says RC2 there? If so, saving the phrase should update it. If not please let me know so I can figure out why the upgrade script didn't update it.

the phrase has RC2 in it, but since i am using a translation that was made in RC1 i still get an RC1 msg.
