install problem

i have modified all the templates/files as it says in the instalation guide. and after i uploaded all the files on my server. when i try to access vbacmps_install.php in admincp it doesnt load. it a blank page. also the index.php from my forum is blank.

why is that?

Sounds like you made a mistake when modifying your files.

i don't think that i made any mistake. i modified the files over and over again... and everything is correct.
maybe i dont have the good version because i downloaded it from vbulletin.org
can you give me a link where i can donwload it again.

by the way. i am using vB 3.0.7

If your forums were blank as well then the files were modified incorrectly. v1.0.1 is not available here anymore, but 2.0 is if you follow the links for it under the 'Programs / Scripts' section on the homepage.

but first, i want one question. is there a problem if my forum is on the main directory?

ok, thanks.
i installed the CMPS and it works great.
I have only one problem... as far as i can see right now. It is not showing the birthdays. I mean the module is there... but instead of showing the member name it says none.

why is that?
