I installed CMPS yesterday.
I have only deactivated a few blocks, and change the order of others.
But, when, today, deactivated module "Buddy List", I notice a warning:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied foreach() in /includes/adminfunctions_vba_cmps.php on line 634.
Any idea what causes this warning to appear?

I get something similiar when I edit the Latest Forum Topics module.

This error is showing just above the 'Latest Forum Topics Options'

Sounds like you're running RC1. You should either upgrade to RC2, or there's a fix for both of those posted in the bugs forum.

I'm running vBadvanced CMPS v2.0 RC2 for vBulletin 3.0.7
Ok, I guess the fix is just not applied on RC2.

Hmmm... It looks like it may not have been. I could have swore it was, but perhaps the change was lost somewhere. I'll move this to the bugs forum to ensure that it is fixed in the next version.

Was there a fix for that? I am getting it the templates modules, although they display.
