no formatting

i installed vda last night but 24 hours later i still cant get cmps_index.php to display right.

i got all the buttons showing up but its like the css files isnt loading or something. The only way i've got it working is if i take away the "forum url" from vbulletin options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details, but then emails have the short address on them and still doesnt work from localhost still no css formatting and the links are wrong.

any help on this thanks :)

got it sorted, i had the domain name in vbulletin options > forum URL but that is framed so i had to put the URL thats inside the frame :D does that make sense
