Nice work
I would change on thing, however. Where it says "Your one source for all things 300" I would make it look like the other side where it says 300talk.com...

Other than that it looks nice.

Thanks! What do you mean by look like the other side? Do you mean the orange? It's the same font and size.

Can you make the banner not as tall? It seems to take up a lot of real estate.
Is Tirerack paying you to run their ad? I can tell you when I had a tirerack affiliate banner running no one bought tires through the ad even though people clicked through. I placed my google ads in the block above the nav bar. I think the calendar serves no purpose unless you have events underneath.

Good luck.

I'm still learning where I can place my ads. How do I place them above the navbar? Do you mean in the white section? I've had my site up for 2 weeks now so it's still a work in progress! Any comments are welcome but please make them with instructions!!!

I placed my google ads in the navbar template.
<div class="navbar" style="font-size:10pt"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]" accesskey="1"><img class="inlineimg" src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/navbits_start.gif" alt="" border="0" /></a> <strong>$vboptions[bbtitle]</strong></div>
</if>
</td>
<!-- ads -->
<td class="alt2" valign="top" nowrap="nowrap">
<script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_client = "";
google_ad_width = 468;
google_ad_height = 60;
google_ad_format = "468x60_as";
google_ad_type = "text_image";
google_ad_channel ="";
//--></script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
</script>
</td>
<!-- ads -->
<if condition="$bbuserinfo['userid']">
<td class="alt2" valign="top" nowrap="nowrap">
<div class="smallfont">

Definitely agree on that one, for folks using smaller displays or lower resolutions, the top banner/logo and the google ads on top really take up a lot of valuable screen realestate.

Good work though !!
