Wrong link's in navbar

Hello I am new one in this section . I have a vbulletin 3.0.7 & Vba CMPS 2.0 RC2
. I installed Cmps in home/daemon/public_html/ & forum
in home/daemon/public_html/forum. So all the links on
my navbars r wrong. Example = Search button - www.site.com/search.php? . Right place-> www.site.com/forum/search.php?

Make sure you have the file names in the navbar replacement box in admincp/cmps/default settings

I've tried replacing links like login.php to both /forums/login.php and forums/login.php. Neither work. Any ideas?

Where exactly are you replacing those links?

AdminCP - vBa CMPS - Default Settings. I changed Header Replacements, Navbar Replacements, and Footer Replacements all with /forums/filename.php, instead of just filename.php. I also tried forums/filename.php

There's no reason to change those settings. If you read the description, it says that's a list of filenames that need to be prefixed with the URL.
